Hi, I’m Andrea.
I’m a Certified Women’s Holistic Hormone Health Practitioner, Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Life Coach and a woman who truly gets it. I’m based in Langley, BC and support women throughout Canada. Coaching is primarily offered online, allowing us to work together no matter where you’re located.
When my own body started shifting, I didn’t realize I was entering perimenopause. While I was able to access support from a local natural doctor, it came at a significant financial cost. Deep down, I knew this level of care shouldn’t be an “exclusive” service. And while I believe supplements play an important role in overall wellness, I felt pressured by a supplement-dependent approach.
It wasn’t until I began asking deeper questions and studying hormone health and nutrition that I truly understood the why behind the symptoms and how lifestyle, nourishment, and daily habits play a powerful role in managing the ups and downs of perimenopause.
Now, I support women in pre-perimenopause, perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. Supporting hormone health holistically simply means supporting the whole person; whether or not hormone replacement therapy is part of the picture.
Every woman is different.
